There is no GST as the entire activity is conducted offshore

• Twin room accommodation in Santiago for one night pre-conference and one night post-conference including breakfast
• Four nights’ accommodation in first class hotel in Puerto Natales including breakfast
• All trek related costs
• Six nights’ camping
• Full time guides
• Luggage porters and pack horses in Torres del Paine
• All meals with wine while camping
• Camping equipment (except sleeping bags and mats)
• National Park fees
• Attendance at all conference sessions both in Punto Arenas and at the evening campsite workshops

EXCLUSIONS:

The following costs are not included:

• Flights to/from your home and Santiago, Chile
• Travel insurance
• Meals when not trekking other than those listed in the inclusions above
• Visa costs
• Personal equipment
• Tips for porters
• Personal expenses

CANCELLATION NOTICE AND CHARGES

Cancellation of confirmed bookings is to be in writing. The following penalties will apply:

• > 60 days prior to departure – loss of deposit unless we can find a replacement to take your place
• 60-30 days prior to departure: Loss of 50% of total cost
• < 30 days: Loss of 100% of total cost

NUMBERS:

Initially we intend to restrict the numbers to 30 so early booking is recommended. However, we already believe that demand will be high for this trip as we have received many expressions of interest even prior to advertising. If this is the case we will consider increasing by another 20.
