How tough is it?  The cycling is easy with 35 -45 kms per day. It is easy, flat cycling with very few hills.  You have all day to do this - perfect if you've not been on a bike for years! For those who want more it is easy to do a bit extra. You go at your own speed – as fast or as slow as you like.
